Issue with calls on watch

If I make or receive a call on my watch on the phone dialer it shows Bluetooth call from my Watch Ultra or Watch 4 Classic but the audio remains on my phone speaker. I am facing the same issue on both the Watch Ultra and Watch 4 classic, is anyone else facing the same issue?
