Issue with Call Audio on the Watch After Beta 2 Update

I have the Galaxy Watch Ultra 7.

It receives calls, and all notification sounds are working perfectly.

However, I’m experiencing an issue: when I answer calls and transfer them to the watch, neither I can hear the call nor the other party can hear me.

Steps I’ve tried:

  • Formatted the watch and re-paired it with my phone.
  • Verified that all notification sounds are working as expected.

The watch is new and used to handle calls normally, but I often tinker with the settings and might have unintentionally changed something.

I kindly request assistance in resolving this problem.

If there are steps I can take now, please let me know. Alternatively, if this issue is related to the current software version, I’d appreciate confirmation from the experts that it will be addressed in the next update.

I hope the issue will be resolved in beta3.
But didn’t they respond to your feedback?

I am experiencing a similar issue with my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. It appears to be a Bluetooth error associated with the beta update.

Upon disconnecting the watch from the phone via Bluetooth, I found that the audio playback through the watch's speaker functions perfectly.
