Give more customization in AOD like other devices even samsung flagship have more customization

Mainstream non fe flagships have an ltpo panel which allows the refresh rate to go down as low as 1hz to preserve battery and avoid burn in but s24fe has an ltps panel which can only go down to 60hz so it's technically not possible
