Hi, Please clean the cache and the data of the messaging app. Restart your phone. Check whether it works or not. If IMS is not working eventually, clean the cache and the data of the messaging app, then tap on force stop. Restart your phone. This might be helpful to you. This is my long experience with Android phones. Thank You.
