You can use Samung Smart Switch Pc....but the process is tedious...and time consuming.......better wait for the stable...coming very soon

1.) Open your Samsung members app go to the settings and inside one ui beta program withdraw from beta

2.) Install smart switch on your PC and connect your device

3.) Take a backup of your device and once it's done gp back to home screen of smart switch and at the bottom you will find a tab to downgrade

4.) Once downgrade is complete your phone will boot up again connect to smart switch and restore your backup.
