Hotspot didn't WORK

Im unable to connect my laptop to my mobile hotspot. I try using a different wifi network and it worked perfectly . After beta 3 its not working i tried for hours but i didn't find a solution

It is working fine for me, select the Band 2.4 GHz which is most compatible band if this works for you please let me know
