Getting network issue

Please find few beta issue as below. 

request you to rectify and fix.

1. most time number busy message , I'm not able received calls. I'm using dual Sim. 1 Sim 5g and second Sim 4g signal selected. However most time my number showing busy. This happen after subscribe this beta version.

2. Issue - theme and unable apply.
