Hello Support Team,

My name is Haider Ali and I’m writing to report a persistent performance issue on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (Android 15, One UI 7) while playing PUBG Mobile.

**Issue Description:**

Although I select the “Ultra Extreme (120 FPS)” option within PUBG Mobile, the actual frame rate remains capped at 60 FPS. The gameplay appears noticeably choppy despite enabling Adaptive (120 Hz) motion smoothness and ensuring Game Booster is active with performance mode.

I have verified:

- Motion smoothness is set to Adaptive (120 Hz)

- No battery saving or thermal throttling features are active

- Configuration persists after phone restart

I believe the culprit is **Samsung’s Game Booster or system-level refresh scheduler on Android 15**, which is overriding in-game settings and limiting performance to 60 FPS. This behavior has also been reported by other users:

> “Whenever I change anything in the Android 15 Game Booster it will limit any game to 60 Hz even when I don’t change the framerate…” 1

> “Set max FPS to 60 → Game + refresh rate get locked at 60 Hz.” 2

**Request:**

Please investigate and issue a patch that either restores game-specific refresh rate control in Game Booster, or allows PUBG Mobile to utilize the full 120 Hz refresh capability of the device.

Thank you for your attention.

Best regards,

Haider Ali

Well I too switched to 120fps from 60fps in Call of Duty Mobile, but felt that there is no improvement in the Frames.
