Gallery suggestions issue

This usually happens in suggestions section, i even tried clearing cache and data but it still continues

When i click in this the picture appears but there is only one option:- remove suggestion

hasnt shown this error. I've used this page recently, removed few items as well and the suggestion too. but never had this show to me
