Me too. Happens especially for apps I've installed and removed from the Google App Store. Hugely irritating.

go to application section and clear cashe and data it will help you. I have also same but this trick worked for me

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
