Had the same issue..even factory resetted my phone..turned out Google Chrome was causing the issue. Just try disabling it and your problem should be resolved. Download any other browser like Brave and use it. Also please do send a feedback with error log to Samsung to aware them of this issue.
I had the same issue on the day of updating beta 1. Updated the problem causing app from play store , and the phone running smoothly since then, no issue , yes I had sent feedback with log files to samsung multiple times
I was also having the same issue, restart phone in safe mode (it will stop your phone from keep restarting) and then update all the apps from play store as well as from galaxy store....it worked for me
