I think u are using lockatar module in goodlock....a13 doesn't support it yet....uninstall lockstar and this issue will be solved....

1.Open Settings
2.Display
3. Screen Resolution
4. Set Resolution to
FHD+ OR WQHD+ and Apply.

U r using only HD Plus Resolution withRs. 1,10,000 Cost Phone .
This is Bug with HD+ Resolution
And Report this Bug in Error

To lookout for battery problems I use hd plus during working hours
But as we know it is a bug and it should be resolved by samsung😀
