Device sluggish and freeze

Device freezing after terminating a call.
I just noticed a mysterious bug after just ending an incoming call and the phone feels super slow to respond and takes edges to perform like my device is running at 300 Hz refresh rate. I have also attached a screen recording to this scenario.
Switching to different wifi network solves problem.
