I have auto restart every day at 4am, and after every auto restart, payment applications (UPI and Bank applications) say that developer options are turned on, even when they are not... Every time I manually have to turn on and then turn off the developer options to make these applications work as they intended to. Is there any way to stop this from happening (I want daily restarts tho...) and prevent this?
