In dark mode when the notification panel is dropped down the background color changes from black to white

Interesting, It doesn't happen in my phone in dark mode. Try shifting to light mode, then restart, then back to dark mode. May work. Give your feedback afterwards

I've also got same problem,but it's not because one UI 6, you can simply search "reduce transparency and blur" in settings and turn it off
