Custom Launchers Stutters on Beta 14

The custom Launchers like Nova launcher, Lawnchair etc are no longer giving smooth operation since the OS updated to beta version. 

1. App animations are not running fine, especially the app closure animations.

2. Recents menu also Stutters heavily.

3. Usual navigation using gestures/on-screen buttons also lags/stutters heavily.

An update for Nova Launcher will resolve the issue.
