This is a common issue after beta updates. Try these quick fixes: Restart your phone completely and try charging again. Drain your battery to zero and charge it uninterrupted to 100 percent to recalibrate the battery reading. If you have recently changed your custom refresh rate settings, try resetting them to default as they can sometimes interfere with power management after a beta update. Try a different cable and adapter to rule out hardware issues. Clear the cache partition from recovery mode to remove any conflicting cached data from the previous software version. If nothing works, report it through the official beta feedback channel as it is clearly a bug introduced with Beta 2. A fix should arrive with the next beta patch or you can roll back to the stable version.
