Okay So My Phone Doesn't Know When To Change The Lenses. When I Zoom To 10x It Shift It To 3x Optical Lens. When I Zoom to 15x , It Shift The Lens To The 10x Optical Zoom.
In Short It's Using The Primary Camera To Zoom From 1x to 10x. And The 3x Optical Lens To Zoom Between 10x to 15x. And The Tele Lens to Zoom Above 15x.
