We are experiencing a call-related issue where, upon answering a call, neither the loudspeaker nor the earpiece speaker transmits audio. A device restart is required to rectify this problem.

I observed very weired random issue on my S25 Ultra...Once I call someone; mic is not getting activated and that i come to know when i saw that green indicator not coming on top once users accept call so voice is not getting heard at other end. This is random issue and mostly happen when you call someone after not using mobile for few hours. I was thinking its network issue but its mic activation issue...if we click mic mute unmute then person at other end able to hear voice
