Call Drop And Blutooth earphones and buds connected but no sound

On my Note 20Ultra Call is Connected but very low sound coming on phone , while on the speaker same issue very very low sound coming nd while buds connected to phone or watching videos no sound coming too much irritating please resolve this ASAP.......

Samsung music app not working,

Good look app not working,

While charging heating issue started,
