Bluetooth icon missing from status bar

Bluetooth icon is missing from the status bar, it's only visible if i pull don the notification bar. How to solve this? P.S. the Bluetooth device is already connected and still it doesn't show.

Same for VoLTE/VoWifi. It's hard to know the Bluetooth or VoLTE availability without swiping down the notification panel
