After the recent beta update i am facing issue with touch feedback. Soo many hard touches required to operate basic functions of the phone.
The small app icon which pop ups when a notification comes is also weird like sometimes you can see the app icon whereas other time you just see a small icon like shape with colors partially resembling the app.
Sometimes while sliding down on the screen to check and open notifications the notification does not open with 1 tap and the notification panels slides up and you have to again slide it down and tap on the notification to open it.
Apps frequently closing on its on however still running in the background.
The internal storage section of the phone does not show details of storage available in google drive and one drive. Everytime you go to internal storage there is this recommendation below on which if you tap it gives the detail of storage in google drive and one drive same as it is for internal storage but again after using the phone for sometime it dissappears and the recommendation again comes back.
Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.
To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
