I have charged my phone to 62 percent, but the idle battery drain is significant; when I wake up, it is at 15 percent.

Simple steps to save battery at the cost of sacrificing luxury
1 Enable Power saver
2 Enable performance mode light
3 Enable adaptive power saving instead of basic
4 Enable adaptive brightness
5 Disable AOD
6 Enable extra dim
7 Change display to natural
8 Screen time out to 30 secs (system default)
9 Record videos in FHD
10 Restrict gaming to HD or FHD and slower frame rate
11 Switch to dark mode
12 Disable near by device scanning
13 Disable WiFi scanning
14 If 5G is unavailable change network to LTE/3G/2G
15 Allow the battery to drain completely and recharge,say once a month.
16 Enable auto restart
17 Run device care
18 Disable apps running in back ground.
19 Uninstall bloat ware that came with your phone,eg. Spotify,LinkedIn etc.


You can mix match the steps above and arrive at a usage based on your needs.

Hey, the battery's okay, but it's worse since Beta 3. The big issue is the idle drain; it's way higher. Even in my pocket, it's losing about 1% every 7 minutes.

Following the Beta 4 update, battery life has significantly degraded, yielding only approximately 5 hours of screen-on time under typical daily usage. This is unacceptable, even with a 60Hz refresh rate confirmed for most applications (rather than 120Hz) and adaptive motion smoothness settings are on.

Follwoing the last latest beta update the idle battery usage is something very worst 😑 I charged my phone 92% at 9PM and i didn't use my phone major, just used to take some pic for 3 - 4 min but my charge is drained to 55% at 12:45 (i am seeing only major issues from the last update), also i faced some issues in camera something like macro lens is not shifting mostly, I fed up with samsung updates nowadays.
