I have used Android Auto after beta update, it worked for me. But only think to make it work is to connect while vehicle is on and in parking mode. Then only it got initiated, else I was getting warning saying that vehicle is not in parking mode.
Shut down your vehicle, start the engine in neutral and connect phone to vehicle using oe cable. On being prompted on vehicle screen click yes and also accept prompt on mobile. Now it should be okay
i read somewhere that before upgrading to android 10 you must install android auto app.... after update android auto icon will not shown in app screen and it integrate with android 10..... try to install "android auto for phone screen" app from play store... its for android 10 and bring back icon on app screen
