you asking log for this. here I shared with comparison video. so log will not help you to identify the issue. Hope my post is clear with video demonstration. If you really want to address the issue you can forward this to developer team. otherwise simply leave it..

not only animation. note 10 plus never reaches maximum dim even the ambient is pinch dark.
