In Note 8, while watching videos in prime video, the aspect ratio used to get auto adjusted as per the screen however that doesnt happen in S23 ultra. I am sure its hardware related as this doesn't used to happen for other phones / OEM.
Also, it has been noticed that while playing video in Prime, after sometime the video runs in slow motion and thereafter it gets corrected on its own however it repeats the same as a cyclic manner. No other applications are active when this happens.
Must be something to do with graphic acceleration or something.
Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.
