All icons are missing & white in Notification Pannel

All the icons of the apps in the notification panel are whote and app icon are not loading properly.

Try restarting and clear cache

I tried restarting, but I should clear cache of which app?

If you have Theme Park theme applied, remove that and apply default theme from settings. This solved the problem for me
