Delete pentastic if by any chance you are using that app. It's not supported in one ui 5 yet.

Delete Cache, Delete Storage...

It worked for.me with Pentastic.

I use the heart pointer for s pen.

Also don't forget to delete cache and delete storage in Air Commands.
