kindly share the log file. Without a log file we cannot analyze this issue, Also share video clips and images for better understanding and report this issue with the log file. This will help us to further investigate and resolve this issue.
To attach the log file: Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
Fyi,These issues i was facing from very first when the Device in one ui 5.1.. And who are you to tell don't bring price. You should have lots of money to waste but i don't... Also i think you don't even use A53, that's why you are commenting like this....
You're on beta. There's bound to be issues jitters or whatever. Thats what we are supposed to report and I'm doing it. You dont seem to be, if you were facing these during one ui 5.1, cry about it when you are in one ui 5.1 and not on the beta of one ui 6. Cus this is not where you should be writing your complaints of issues which you 'think' was there since one ui 5.1. If you just wanted to see if the device has improved just wait for the One UI 6 stable.
also FYI, I wouldn't be able to chat in the forum if I did not have an A53 running the beta, so get your facts right
Those issues still there from 5.1 to 6 beta 2 after lots of reports feedback and that's the reason of this post.. And thnx for info atleast u r using A53. Are you happy with A53 performance?
