2nd sim issue

After this update second SIM sometimes stops working.

Even if I put it on flight mode or restart the phone the network does not come back.

But after a few hours the network comes automatically.

My Sim 1 just stopped working. Phone still detects the sim but doesn't connect to network. Also unable to turn it off.
