update of media and device panel

 I want to update media and device panel via galaxy store but my phone says you have to delete the pre installed media and device panel to update it. Please help to update it.

same issue here.....it shows update available but when i try to update getting this error. model f41

try these steps

1. long press on galaxy store app icon >app info (ibutton) >storage >clear cache and data

2. Reboot in a safemode an then try

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.
