Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
>Please check all sound option (Setting>>Accessibility>>Turn Off all sound).
>Please check the media sound and system sound in volume setting (Setting>>sound setting >>volume).
> check the different media once to check the sound.
> Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).
