how to level up

Hy guys please tell me that how to increase my level in the members app.....

if u follow someone u will get 2 points
and get followed by someone then u will get 5 points.
for a comment or post 10 points
offline activity/promotion/participation in survey u will get 500 points
near about 4500 points (i guess) u will move to level 2
