I am using S9 plus. As samsung allows you to upgrade to new flagship mobile. But why do samsung gives you exchange value so less that you can't even think to upgrade to the new one. Like i bought my s9plus at a price of INR 68000 and when i tried to get the exchange value it was only 21000. A trash amount. Really! As s9plus is the flagship device of samsung and samsung claims it their best one, but why not in exchange value. Really disappointed. So that concludes that when you buy a samsung flagship its the best according to them but when after a few period you try to upgrade to new samsung phone then your flagship is of trash value to the samsung.
