Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Both devices should be under the Bluetooth range.
2- Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier.
3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
4- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).
