blue tooth pairing issue

Hi

I am not able to pair my S9+ with my Sony music player, how to do it

Go to settings>applications>scroll down to bluetooth>clear cache/data>restart your device and check once again
or
perform reset apps prefrences
settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences
or
perform reset network settings
settings>general management>select reset>now click on reset network settings

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Both devices should be under the Bluetooth range.

2- Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier.

3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

4- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).
