I m using J7 prime. I have a airtel 4g sim. Whenever I try to enable wifi calling feature from setting, it stops automatically. But when we put my frnd jio sim in my smartphone , wifi calling feature working properly. May I know the reason, why wifi calling feature not working with airtel 4g sim in same handset?
For this feature to work, your phone must be connected to a Wi-Fi network and have an active SIM card inserted.
You may also contact the above-mentioned network operators (Airtel) for further formalities to be performed in case the device supports the Wi-Fi calling facility.
