The issue that I have experienced was: My mobile was deposit in samaung service center more than 5 year the service center was closed when i call in coustomer care they said you recived a call back but no call back recived my ref no is 8467954706
It occurred on: 2/09/2014
This meant that There was more than 5 year but samsung do nothing
I want my repair mobile
