Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > Bluetooth).
2- Go to settings > apps > Bluetooth > storage > clear cache.
3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
4- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).
