Hi Samsung,

After I updated my OS to OREO on Oct 26, 2018, I started getting "Black Screen Issue" & hanging issues in my A9 Pro Phone. 

Phone gets dead when left & it starts after clicking POWER button multiple times for around 1 hour. This is very annoying.

Kindly provide the resolution for the same.
If anybody else facing the same critical issue, kindly contact me on 9899773816 for further discussion. OREO has made life HELL. Earlier my phone was working well.

Samsung, please do something as soon as possible.

take back up of your personal things and try factory data reset it will help you

- When the device gets freeze or off press the power and volume down key to force start.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
