DelhiOk, so I'm guessing that you forgot your password so now you can't unlock it. right?
If this is the issue then open findmymobile.com website in another phone or PC and sign in with your Samsung account which is logged in in your locked phone and then unlock you phone from there.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
To resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:
Step1: Go to Find My Mobile (FMM)https://findmymobile.samsung.com and tap on SIGN IN. |

Step2: Log in FMM with Samsung account. |
|
Step3: Select the target device in the list and select "Unlock" on the right panel. |
|
Step4: Tap on Unlock.
Caution: All of the screen lock information (Pattern, PIN, Password, and Biometrics) on the device will be deleted. |
|
Step5: Enter the password for Samsung account to confirm. The Screen Lock will be unlocked and initialized automatically on the device. |
