Has anyone noticed the changed camera modes after the update? Wide angle has become so bad in main camera mode that image is not at all good . Also wide angle selfie is now 21mp.

Wide angle selfie camera is 32 MP. Plz recheck. Default camera is 21 MP as expected.

You have only one camera in the front. It's 32 MP.
If you utilize full image ( in wide), it will use 32 MP. Standard image is cropped to 21 MP.
