Wired headphones

I need to know why my Samsung Galaxy A10s doesn't read the original earsphones. But my Samsung Galaxy Tab E can read the original earphons. I have to physically turn the earphones at the jack to let my Samsung Galaxy A10s eventually read the wired earphones. And I don't like it.

Please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
