I recently visited the Samsung website for this TV: UA43AU8000U and saw an updated upgrade file. There is an issue. The version of the upgrade file is lower than the current version that I installed last year making the tv not to upgrade since it sees it as an old version but in real sense the upgrade was released in Jan 2024.
Firmware version I installed before Jan 2024: ver 2210.1
Firmware version available in Jan 2024: ver 2201.0
