Touchscreen Issue on galaxy book pro 360

I have a galaxybook 360 it is not responding to touch and its only accesing the taskbar using touch the spen works perfectly i have tried updaging the drives but to no joy i think i might have de acgivated the feature in error 

 but i do not know how to activate it back
