Dear Samsung gulf
 since galaxy note 8 you changed the pre order policy so you can collect the full amount of devices price i understand why you do that because you want to know how many devices was ordered and which color so you can provide it in the released date BUT here in kuwait every pre order i made for Samsung devices since the policy changed i never get my devices at the release date last device was galaxy tab s7 plus i have ordered the device on 8-August-2020 till now i did not get it..
 I called them several times they responded theres a delay from Samsung gulf just now i call them again they promise me they will be delivered 
NEXT WEEK and this not acceptable...
Full price with Samsung and i only have the invoice 
I want my voice to reach the head office
