Samsung Updates

Am I the only one that's extremely annoyed by the fact Samsung allows only 2 major updates? 

As opposed to apple users getting yearly updates to all their loyal customers? 

I have a Note 8 and I'm seriously upset about this and Samsung should do something about this.

yes! it's genuinely so frustrating to not get proper updates. As if the delay in updates wasn't annoying enough?

I do agree with you. As a loyal customer we buy their flagship devices and end up getting treated like this it's not a fair play from Samsung side

Exactly! Least they can do is provide updates to phones that are atleast 3 to 4 years old.

Sure you're not the only one, Samsung doesn't care, what matters only is to drive you to replace your device, ex-flagship, I was wondering about tab S6, then I decided to replace my tab S3 with IPad

really I also agree that android should get more than two years of android updates. that's the only downside androids got compare to apple.
