I took 2 Samsung A23 on contract a year ago I love the S range and unfortunately I couldn't afford it this time I must say I've never not been happy with a phone from Samsung before but I hate this phone my boyfriend has the other one and it **bleep** the battery life worked perfectly on both of them at first but now it take 2 days to get our phones to fully charge I really regret buying this phone and we still have our phone on a good working condition I am thinking of returning them since they are insured. I am in South Africa can anyone advise me on phone returns and insurance
