Restarting

Hi ,,, happy morning,, can any one tell me .. why my note 10+ is restarting again and again .. 

1) Gave to service centre .. changed mother board and display etc 

2) software update done by yesterday .. 

I asked for replacement by service centre more than 3times.. 

Can any one share samsung ceo email need to put the complaint..
