Until they sort out their customer care, don't buy from them. Please just go have a look at their Hello Peter page. It's truly despicable. I've been ignored for 15 days now. Really disappointed. Shame on you Samsung.
Unfortunately I wish you luck on this as you will note this platform is plagued with Samsung's inability to deliver on their promised promotions. I complained on Hellopeter four times before I was even called back. Then I got calls and then its back to radio silence. Its not about the promotion for me anymore its about the principle of Samsung's poor customer service and ethics.
I fully agree with you. It's time we all filed a complaint with the Consumer Ombudsman. I explained my issue with Samsung and was informed I have a case. Let me know if you need any assistance.
